我們在生產(chǎn)普通玻璃微珠的前題下，還擁有鍍膜技術(shù)，鍍膜玻璃微珠是近年發(fā)展起來的璃微珠新品種，用于道路標線面撒，顯示了優(yōu)良的特性，受到了廣大用戶的重視。我廠生產(chǎn)的鍍膜玻璃珠主要分為防潮型鍍膜玻璃微珠，粘結(jié)型鍍膜玻璃微珠和雙涂層鍍膜玻璃微珠。

　　防潮型鍍膜玻璃微珠

　　在玻璃微珠的生產(chǎn)過程中，將它的表面鍍上一種特殊涂層，增強玻璃微珠的憎水性能。在下雨或者有霧的情況下，水滴不易沾附在玻璃微珠的表面，從而減輕惡劣天氣對玻璃微珠反光效果的影響。同時這種玻璃微珠具有流動性好，不結(jié)塊，播撒均勻，容易施工，保證反光效果，實用證明節(jié)省用量15%左右。

　　Moisture resistance glass beads

　　During the producing, make the special coated on the surface of the beads, to increase the moisture resistance. Under the rain or fog condition, the water is difficultly to attach on the surface of the beads, so it will reduce the affect of the heavy weather which will influence the glass beads reflective ability. At the same time, this kind of glass beads has perfect mobility, no blocking, uniform planting, construct easily, can guarantee refiectivity ability, save dosage about 15%.

　　粘結(jié)型鍍膜玻璃微珠

　　利用一種高性能的有機材料對玻璃珠進行外處理，玻璃珠經(jīng)過鍍膜處理后使用表面存在的強極性基變成非極性基，使得玻璃珠表面吸附空氣中的灰塵現(xiàn)象減弱。由于鍍膜珠含有特定的偶聯(lián)劑，改善了微珠和涂料的粘結(jié)力能防止部分細小玻璃珠沉積到涂料中。玻璃珠鍍膜處理后性能更加優(yōu)越。

　　Conglutination coated glass beads

　　Using a kind of high performance organic materials to deal with the surface of the beads. After coated, the polar group of the beads surface changed to nonpolar, reduce the dust adsorption of the beads. Because of the coated beads contain the specific coupling agent, it improves the cohesive force between the beads and the paint, avoid some small beads deposit into the paint. After coated the performance of the beads will be more superior.

　　雙涂層鍍膜玻璃微珠

　　此型號玻璃微珠是在普通玻璃微珠的加工過程中，將它的表面上分別鍍上以上兩種不同的涂層，提高玻璃微珠的防潮性能和與涂料的連結(jié)性能，從而延長玻璃微珠的使用壽命及其反光效果。
